Do not buy products from ASUS
Do not buy products from ASUS! I sent my laptop in for repair and my components were swapped out with old refurbished parts! It took 2 months to return my laptop and it crashed a week later. ASUS wanted to charge me $2,000 for a replacement even though I had warranty.

No selling or service support
I want to buy two business laptops from them but they are not reachable. They provide a FAKE EMAIL ADDRESS from where I always I recieve answer that the email doesn't exist. At the phone number nobody is answering. Is like they dont want to sell. They are unprofessional from all points of view. All the support service is missing.
If they dont want to answer for selling I wondering how they will treat customers when they need support.
think twice before buying their products
Fantastic bit of kit - Zero support
Fantastic bit of kit, Z690 motherboard, ZERO support on website, looping pathways all leading to the same failure to provide downloads and support. Can't tell me how to download a driver (I am sure there is an easy way, but it would be nice if they linked to it in the driver download page!), but they sure want to sell be another one.
1. Get support for this device - click
2. Enter model name - done
3. Link: Driver and Tools - click
4. Product page for Z690, no driver or tool downloads, no description of how to obtain them
5. Get support for this device - click
6. Go to 1
Check for email ASUS - Not available on website.
Check for feedback (site is full of reviews) - not found
Classic rubbish customer service from the type of company that knows it has a leading product, and thinks its customers owe it more than just the money spent on buying it.

I have been so impressed by Asus
I have been so impressed by Asus. My monitor broke just five months short of the two year warranty. The claims process was straightforward, the communication by Asus staff was brilliant and the service provided by Let Me Repair UK was fantastic. I had a replacement monitor sat on my desk within four working days. Cannot praise the whole team highly enough. Thank you.
Laptop lid is loose after one year of…
Laptop lid is loose and "flaps" backwards and forwards for about an inch after one year of careful use.
Customer support take days to get in touch.
The RMA form to get it repaired under extended warranty doesn't work properly and will not send.
Advisor just got back to me and sent me a form in xls format so they can "advance it manually if the online form is having issues".
There was no "if" or error on my part, I even showed a screenshot of my only address and postcode being refused on the form to prove it.
Also, I am not a "windows office" customer, like most people I am not versed in Excel format, and am having a great deal of difficulty in completing this form.
I could print and scan it but their obstructive manner has given me second thoughts about trusting these people to conduct the repair.
Frustrating, I paid far too much money for this, paying extra for the extended warranty was a waste, I prefer to pay someone I can rely on to do the repair quickly than leave my machine in the hands of these people for weeks.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service
I got transferred almost 5 times because I needed to check if a processor cooler was compatible with my ASUS STRIX ROG GD30CI but seems to be such a difficult task among "professionals" worst customer service experience ever... Here is your case number: N2207016367-0001

Their warranty is a joke!
I bought a laptop one year and 4 weeks ago, it was sold as having "up to 10 hours battery life" which is very vague but there was no further info on the battery life that I could find and so I bought it thinking at least in the beginning it would be close to that for what I needed to use my laptop for.
I was getting around 4 hours unplugged from day 1! Absolutely terrible and made working remotely so difficult as I always had to be near somewhere I could plug in. I told Asus about the issue, they sent me useless troubleshooting web pages and did nothing else. Today my laptop has broken completely, stuck in a reboot loop and nothing is fixing it.
I called Asus and they basically said I'll have to pay to get it fixed even though I already told them about the battery issue twice while it was under warranty (the restart loop started when my battery died, as usual! And I plugged it back in and restarted it).
They said under warranty they should offer an investigation and repair, I explained they didn't do any of that and the operative basically said "oh well". When I asked if when I get it fixed it turns out to be related to the battery issue they failed twice to investigate whether they'd refund me for failing to act under warranty, she said no.
Basically they just wait you out while your product is under warranty and then tell you to pay for it yourself once your warranty expires. I'm still paying off this load of rubbish for another two years and ironically bought it to replace a previous laptop (an HP that lasted me almost 10 years and was great) that still didn't work right after two expensive repairs. I could cry.
I brought my asus laptop 2 years ago
I brought my asus laptop 2 years ago, it's slow at loading games, it kicks me out of my wifi various times. The laptop graphs are fine, the system behind it, terrible.

Poor QC standards, poor customer support
Poor QC standards. Literally brand new laptop out of the box with a non functional touchpad. RMA process is painfully slow. 2 months later and repeated emails still have not yielded anything, still waiting for my laptop.

I wish there was a zero star possible
I wish there was a zero star possible. My experience is not one off but the business practices of this organisation are poor and unethical. This is one of the worst organisations in the world. The so-called UK customer service department run from this location is the worst in terms of everything, including the knowledge of the English language. They don't understand English either by email or over the phone. Keep telling lies about the response time, and keep customers on hold for hours to resolve a simple query. Emails (servicecenter_emea[]asus.com) are not responded to on time. Every query is meant for second-level escalation (which is located outside the UK and not contactable directly by the customer). All the blame is put on the second-level escalation team, but that team can't be contacted by any means. The business practice in the UK is a sham and exists maybe only to comply with regulatory requirements. I have contacted many members of the CS team, but none of them have the proper training to resolve customer queries. Toni B, Peter S, Vasilis G are a few names which I can recollect. Please be aware of the poor quality products and worst customer service on all ASUS products before getting misled by false advertisements and claims of UK customer support.
Asus deserve 0 stars
Asus deserve 0 stars. Non-existent warranty and customer service (Non-english speaking with broken mics). Asus dont respond to emails, website queries, social media contact.
Laptop and ROG5 phone both broke within 2 months of owning.
Recommend you avoid Asus unless you enjoy expensive paperweights and wasting money.

After I updated my BIOS to latest version, the battery of my high priced laptop began to drain even when the machine was turned off... Went on the Asus website to open a ticket, almost impossible! I had to go through the request for repair procedure - after searching a couple of hours - and even then, there was a lot of little tricky things such as " Caracters not aloud ", Ertry format wrong... How I regret my purchase now!

I ordered a laptop 8 months ago..from that starting day onwards iam suffering with slow performance of laptop and hanging issue...as It having insite warrenty I called to Asus customer care and raised a complaint..and the delivery person is too irresponsible and atleast came after 6 days... even he took my laptop and noticed a complaint that I took half an hour to open laptop...I mean while it is hanging in the middle.. Eventhough he said no problem ma'am we cant do anything.. because it is i3 processor and 1 tb hard disk and Asus itself is a worst company why u bought this laptop?this is the question he raised against me..later he suggested me that Asus won't do anything for customer ma'am.better use SSD by purchasing with your own money ...i bought that laptop for 40k...now again money even though it is warrenty..this is how they treat there customers...worst company i have ever seen ..
